Sombo Wrestling Academy is based on the old Eastern European Training System, it offers the highest quality instruction and is open to adults & juniors either male or female. It includes Wrestling, Judo, Groundwork-grappling and is open to people with any level of martial art experience or no experience at all. While Sport Sombo free-style jacket wrestling is included in the curriculum, Combat Sambo and practical application are the primary goals of training that includes strikes, throws, grappling,pins and submissions by leg and arm locks and most importantly, fluid movement based technique are all included within the curriculum. The aim of Combat Sombo Wrestling is to defeat your opponent in the shortest period possible.

To become an accomplished fighter,it takes years of hard training.
